Brian Kay, PhD, MBA serves as Chief Strategy Officer for Rogers Behavioral Health, where he partners with executive leadership to develop and execute the organization’s long-term strategic vision, marketing and growth initiatives. Dr. Kay also oversees Rogers’ research and innovation portfolio, supporting the development of novel approaches to behavioral healthcare through clinical outcomes research, bioinformatics, precision medicine, artificial intelligence, digital health technologies, neuromodulation, and strategic partnerships with academic, healthcare, and industry collaborators. His work focuses on leveraging data, technology, and scientific discovery to improve patient outcomes and shape the future of behavioral health care.
Dr. Kay has been with Rogers since 2009. Prior to Rogers, he worked at GE Healthcare, leading teams in the development of workforce analytics, applying data science techniques to better predict hospital census and outcomes.
Dr. Kay holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology, and Master of Business Administration from Marquette University. He earned his Master of Science in healthcare informatics from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, where he also completed his doctorate in Biomedical and Health Informatics.
