Barbara Brockmeier, MSW, LCSW

Senior Vice President of Operations, Integrated Campus Model, SE Wisconsin

Barbara Brockmeier, MSW, LCSW, serves as senior vice president of the integrated campus model in southeastern Wisconsin. Previously, she was vice president of operations, overseeing inpatient services in Oconomowoc.

She has more than 22 years of experience working within the behavioral health field; 18 of which in senior leadership, program development, and operations management.

Prior to coming to Rogers, Brockmeier served as the VP of operations for an 82-bed treatment facility in Florida for addiction and co-occurring disorders. She is passionate about ensuring the delivery of high-quality care while ensuring our staff are cared for, supported, and fully engaged. Barbara earned her master’s and bachelor’s degrees in social work from the University of Michigan.
