Barbara Brockmeier, MSW, LCSW, serves as vice president of operations, overseeing inpatient services in Oconomowoc.

She has more than 22 years of experience working within the behavioral health field; 18 of which in senior leadership, program development, and operations management.

Prior to coming to Rogers, Brockmeier served as the VP of operations for an 82-bed treatment facility in Florida for addiction and co-occurring disorders. She is passionate about ensuring the delivery of high-quality care while ensuring our staff are cared for, supported, and fully engaged. Barbara earned her master’s and bachelor’s degrees in social work from the University of Michigan.
