Austin Hammer

Vice President, Technology

Austin Hammer serves as the vice president of technology for Rogers Behavioral Health, where he guides the organization’s technology strategy and ensures its systems run efficiently, reliably, and in support of future growth.

Hammer initially joined Rogers in 2014 as a licensed practical nurse, an experience that grounded his approach to technology in real-world clinical workflows and patient care. He has since held roles of manager and then director of clinical technology services.

Hammer earned his bachelor’s degree in healthcare management from Concordia University in Mequon, Wisconsin, and a master’s degree in information technology management from Indiana University.
