Audrey Simmons

Audrey Simmons, MBA, MS, BSN, RN, PMH-BC, ACC, serves as vice president of operations for Rogers Behavioral Health’s Chippewa Falls hospital campus. In this role, she oversees the development and operations of the campus, which is expected to open in the spring of 2027.

Simmons has more than 20 years of leadership experience in healthcare, including nursing, education, and operational roles with hospital systems in Colorado and Pennsylvania. In addition to her expertise in healthcare administration, Simmons is an associate certified coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation.

Simmons received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in health care leadership and a Master of Science in nursing leadership and adult education (MS) from Regis University in Denver, CO. Additionally, Simmons is board certified in psychiatric mental health (PMH-BC) through the American Nursing Credentialing Center.

She is a member of the American Nurses Association, American Psychiatric Nurses Association, American College of Healthcare Executives, Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), and the International Coaching Federation.
