Ashley Muchnick, MSW, MBA

Chief Operating Officer

As chief operating officer, Ashley Muchnick oversees operations across the continuum of care at Rogers Behavioral Health.

In her more than 15 years of experience in the behavioral health field, Ashley has held multiple leadership roles, including vice president of behavioral health services and vice president of operations with HCA. She also served as chief operating officer for HealthOne Behavioral Health & Wellness Center in Aurora, Colorado, where she was responsible for operational and strategic planning for behavioral health services across its Continental Division, facility operations, and strategic planning.

Ashley earned her undergraduate degree in social welfare from the University of Kansas, a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, and a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University. She has served on multiple community boards and has collaborated with local and state officials on mental health issues.
