Angela Giese, MBA, MS, is Chief Human Resources Officer at Rogers Behavioral Health. In this role, she oversees all human resources functions and strategic initiatives to ensure that Rogers employees have the resources, skills, and support they need to succeed and contribute effectively to the organization’s mission.
Giese has extensive experience leading human resources operations for hospitals and clinics nationwide, including expertise in regulatory compliance, policy development, and employee relations. She strives for operational excellence and the development of high-performing teams through servant leadership and transparency.
Giese earned a Master of Business Administration from St. Leo University as well as graduate degrees in Human Resources Development and Organizational Leadership from Palm Beach Atlantic University. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
