Andrew Butchart, DO, is board certified in general psychiatry and in child and adolescent psychiatry who serves as the medical director of Child and Adolescent Residential Care at Rogers Behavioral Health’s Oconomowoc hospital campus. Prior to his current role, Dr. Butchart was the medical director the OCD and Anxiety Center Adolescent Residential Care Center.

A graduate of the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Butchart completed his residency in general psychiatry and fellowship in child psychiatry at the Medical College of Wisconsin. He served as chief resident in child and adolescent psychiatry at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin. He also holds an undergraduate degree in psychology from Carroll University in Waukesha, Wisconsin.

Dr. Butchart’s primary clinical interests include obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), Tourette’s disorder and tic disorders, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and autism spectrum disorder. He is a member of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, the American Psychiatric Association and the Wisconsin Medical Society.
