Exposure and response prevention (ERP): how does it work?

Dr. Nicholas Farrell demonstrates the use of exposure and response prevention (ERP). ERP is also useful for treating other mental health conditions such as eating disorders, phobias, panic disorders, generalized anxiety disorders, and social anxieties.
