In August, our Tampa clinic hosted its very first animal assisted therapy visit, and it was a heartwarming success. To celebrate National Relaxation Day and our ongoing commitment to promoting wellness for both staff and patients, the clinic welcomed certified therapy dogs from Hearts of Gold, a local nonprofit organization.

The visit brought joy and comfort to everyone in the building, from patients and their caregivers to our dedicated staff. Smiles were everywhere, and the adorable photos captured from the day say it all.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Hearts of Gold partners with senior volunteers and trained therapy dog handlers to provide no-cost visits to clinics, hospitals, nursing homes, and first responders across the Tampa Bay area. We’re proud to collaborate with such a meaningful group and look forward to more visits in the future.
