Exciting update: New leave administration process begins Jan. 19

Beginning Jan. 19, 2026, Rogers will launch a new online process in collaboration with AbsencePlus to streamline leave of absence and accommodation administration. AbsencePlus will manage FMLA, Non-FMLA Medical, Military, Personal, state-specific leaves, and ADA accommodations.

This change applies to:

  • All new leave and accommodation requests submitted on or after Jan. 19
  • Existing leave applications and approved leaves and accommodations, which will transition to AbsencePlus

Why This Change Matters

  • Streamline the leave process
  • Improve efficiency and reduce administrative burden
  • Provide better support for our employees working in 10 states and living in 33 states
