Exciting update: New leave administration process begins soon

Rogers will soon launch a new online process in collaboration with AbsencePlus to streamline leave of absence and accommodation administration. AbsencePlus will manage FMLA, Non-FMLA Medical, Military, Personal, state-specific leaves, and ADA accommodations.

This change applies to:

  • All new leave and accommodation requests submitted on or after go-live date
  • Existing leave applications and approved leaves and accommodations, which will transition to AbsencePlus

Note: Original communications indicated the AbsencePlus Leave Management system would launch Jan. 19. Due to a technical delay on the vendor’s side, the launch will be delayed. This additional time allows the vendor to complete the necessary technical work to ensure a smooth and accurate launch.

We are working closely with AbsencePlus to resolve these issues and will share the new go-live date as soon as it is confirmed.

In the meantime, employees who need to request a leave or have questions should continue to contact the Rogers Leave Team for any support needed.
