This year’s One Rogers Week was a vibrant celebration of the dedication, compassion, and unwavering commitment of employees across Rogers. From spirited outfit days to raffles and contests to a range of food and treats, locations across the System found meaningful ways to celebrate the people who make Rogers special. 

To give just a taste: In Oconomowoc, celebrations included cookies, cupcakes, a bag tournament, outdoor Jenga, outfit days, and a T-shirt design contest. A shaved ice truck visited Brown Deer. In Miami, team members could take advantage of an ice cream social and massages. The MHAR team in Hinsdale enjoyed a One Rogers Lunch, and team members in West Allis sported outfits for Sports Day. Prizes in a One Rogers raffle included tickets to a Bucks game, Marquette game, Fiserv event, and Brewers game suite, along with golf outings with a Rogers Officer.
