Rogers Board names Cindy Meyer to president and CEO role

Cindy Meyer, MSSW, has been named president and chief executive officer of Rogers Behavioral Health.

Cindy has been serving as interim president and CEO since late May after joining Rogers as chief operating officer (COO) in November 2022 with oversight of all hospital, residential and outpatient clinic operations and Admissions.

With more than 30 years of experience in behavioral health, Cindy has an extensive background in program expansion, admission growth, physician recruitment and relations, staff development, and community integration. Her long and successful track record in behavioral healthcare leadership experience includes roles as chief operating officer at HealthONE/The Medical Center of Aurora and Denver Market since 2016; regional CEO of Streamwood, part of Acadia Healthcare; and Regional VP at HCA. She is an advocate for increased access to services and improving mental health and wellness for all and has served on several community boards including Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado, NAMI Colorado, and Mental Health Colorado.

Cindy received her bachelor’s degree from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana and her Master of Science in Social Work (MSSW) from the Kent School of Social Work in Louisville, Kentucky.
