Matthew Harris brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in information technology (IT) and cybersecurity to his role as Rogers Behavioral Health’s Chief Digital Information Officer. An Air Force veteran, Harris has led IT and cybersecurity functions across many industries, including healthcare and government sectors, building a career focused on mission-driven operations, technology modernization, and organizational resilience.

Harris has a strong track record of aligning technology strategy with business objectives, strengthening operational resilience, and delivering measurable improvements in security, efficiency, and service delivery. He has successfully led enterprise-wide initiatives involving cloud transformation, cybersecurity and risk management programs, digital innovation, and workforce development within highly complex organizations.

He earned his undergraduate degree from Park University in Parkville, Missouri, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Florida State University. He holds the Certified Healthcare Chief Information Officer (CHCIO), Certified Digital Health Executive (CDH-E), and Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS) credentials, reflecting his expertise in healthcare technology leadership and commitment to professional excellence.
