Kaci Sapinski is a Community Relations Liaison for Rogers Behavioral Health, serving Wausau, the Chippewa Valley, and communities throughout northern and central Wisconsin. In her role, she builds relationships with healthcare providers, schools, county and community organizations, and other referral partners while helping individuals and families connect with Rogers’ evidence-based mental health and addiction services.
Kaci brings more than a decade of leadership experience in behavioral health, including executive leadership, program development, community outreach, and partnership building. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with healthcare systems, county agencies, schools, law enforcement, nonprofits, and behavioral health professionals to strengthen access to care and create meaningful community partnerships.
A longtime Wisconsin resident, Kaci is passionate about bringing people and organizations together, reducing barriers to behavioral healthcare, and helping referral partners confidently connect individuals and families with the right level of support.
