Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Morgan Borine, MA, MS, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who works with children, adolescents, and adults in partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient care at Rogers in Woodbury, MN.

Borine is a dual bachelors (BS, Nursing, BA, Psychology) and dual masters (MS, Nursing, MA, Counseling Psychology) degree holder. She graduated summa cum laude from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) with a BS in Nursing and also received her MS in Nursing from VCU.

She brings a unique combination of experience in the fields of professional psychology, psychiatric nursing, and addiction, with over 12 years of academic training and clinical experience across a wide variety of settings. In addition to medication management and diagnostic evaluation, Borine is well versed in various psychotherapeutic treatment modalities. While her greatest passion lies in working with individuals who struggle with co-substance use and psychiatric disorders, she also enjoys working with individuals with a variety of mental health conditions, including, but not limited to, mood disorders, anxiety, and ADHD.

Borine is a member of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association, The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, Sigma Theta Tau International (STTI) Honor Society of Nursing, and the International Nurses Society on Addictions (IntNSA).
