What We Treat
We help patients identify and manage a variety of mental health conditions through our Primary Behavioral Health program, including depression and other mood disorders, OCD, anxiety, trauma, and PTSD.
Primary Behavioral Health
Our Primary Behavioral Health program is a personalized, group-based program for those who have been diagnosed with more than one mental health condition, including depression and other mood disorders, OCD, anxiety, trauma, and PTSD. Time is carved out each day for individual skills practice, including learning life skills, setting personal goals, and gaining the tools you need to get back to living the life you want.
Mood Disorders
- Depression and More -
Depression and other mood disorders are very real and serious conditions. Feelings of sadness, hopelessness, or irritability can interfere with how you think and experience everyday activities such as sleeping and even eating. You learn new skills to help you break free and move forward.
OCD and Anxiety
- Paralyzing, Uncomfortable Symptoms -
Benefit from a carefully thought-out care plan in our safe and supportive environment. Overcoming anxiety and OCD isn’t easy, but it can be done. We know that our treatment works. Outcome studies show that the vast majority of people respond well to our treatment approach. More importantly, our communities are living more hopeful lives, free from the unending cycle of worry and intrusive thoughts.
Trauma and PTSD
- Long-Term Impact -
The effects of trauma and untreated PTSD cause those affected to relive events, avoid them entirely, or experience heightened emotions—all of which prevent carrying on with day-to-day life in a safe and fulfilling way. We understand how damaging trauma can be to someone’s well-being, and we have the experience and effective treatment to help.
