Also, to celebrate the week, the Compliance and Legal departments participated in a mini-golf, teambuilding outing – the first time the two teams have come together in person.
“We are thankful to all our teammates for their engagement in Corporate Compliance & Ethics Week and for taking the time to learn more about the importance of compliance and ethics within Rogers,” says Colleen Kelly, chief compliance officer. “Let’s keep the momentum going. In the One Rogers spirit, we can embody a culture of compliance and connections to continue to build a successful organization.”
In other compliance activities, Steve Hertig, vice president, Regulatory Affairs, delivered pizza to the Brown Deer adult outpatient clinic teams to show gratitude for their significant compliance efforts in implementing the new Wisconsin DHS 75 requirements that took effect on October 1.
“It was great to see them and reward their hard work in person,” Steve says.
