Rogers celebrates Corporate Compliance & Ethics Week11/15/23 01:45:pm
In recognition of Corporate Compliance & Ethics Week (November 5-11), Rogers celebrated by raising awareness around the 7 elements of an effective compliance program, including how each element relates to providing the best possible care, treatment, and services for our patients.
“It’s been great to see the engagement and collaboration across all the various teams and disciplines, says Colleen Kelly, chief compliance officer. “Compliance is not something you can ignore in hopes it will work itself out, and fortunately for us, we have the opportunity to partner with some of the most dedicated, hardworking, and intelligent people here at Rogers.”
Team members across the System received daily emails highlighting each element and were invited to take a short quiz corresponding to each day’s theme. Prizes were awarded to several lucky winners.
Congratulations again to the following winners of 500 Daymaker points:
- Kim Burton, Sheboygan
- Nicole Stettler, Oconomowoc Residential
- Sarah Mullersman, Atlanta
- Maria Emilia Sanin, Nashville
- Rachel Carrero, Hinsdale

A new addition to celebrate Corporate Compliance & Ethics Week this year was Themed Spirit Days, which gave teams the opportunity to showcase their creative style and earn a chance to win a team pizza party. We want to shoutout all our sites for submitting a combined total of over 100 pictures! We loved seeing your compliance spirit!
