Compliance and Ethics Helpline marks one year in action

Led by the Compliance team, Rogers launched our Compliance and Ethics Helpline in June 2022. The Helpline is managed by a third-party that provides individuals with a secure, confidential way to report a potential compliance or ethics concern or ask a question. Over the past year, the Compliance and Ethics Helpline has received nearly 300 reports regarding patient care, employee relations, and compliance matters. The bulk of these reports have been submitted by the web, and 50% of reports have been submitted anonymously.

Rogers is dedicated to a healthy culture where employees, patients, and families experience empathy, encouragement, and respect. We are committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. Similar to how the One Rogers movement embodies a culture of connection, the Rogers Compliance and Ethics Helpline embodies a culture of compliance, together.

Through the Compliance and Ethics Helpline, individuals can:

  • Create a report or ask a question anonymously.
  • Make a report in both English and Spanish.
  • Submit a report 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by telephone, web, or mobile device.
  • Follow up on a report and/or provide additional information.

“Your role on the Rogers team is to speak up if you know of or suspect noncompliant or unethical behavior. Our role is to listen. Rogers cannot do this without you,” says Colleen Kelly, chief compliance officer. “Thank you for your continued role in ensuring Rogers provides the best care to those we serve!”
