This month as part of our recruitment strategy, Rogers launched new social media channels to help connect with current and future Rogers team members. Currently available on Instagram and Facebook, these channels will provide unique content from Rogers’ other social media pages including open positions, more on Rogers’ culture, and general career advice on topics like resumes and interviews. Here’s how to follow the new pages:

Don’t forget to follow, like, and share with friends and family members who may be interested in a career at Rogers!

Top social posts in February

On Rogers’ primary social media channels, top posts for the month of February included:

  • West Allis shows off new clinic to community: Following the new clinic’s opening in January, the West Allis team held an open house to give area professionals an inside look. Fun photos of the team during this event become the top post on Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • Kobe’s relatable Friday message: Video of everyone’s favorite four-legged Rogers teammate, Kobe looking sleepy, proved popular on Instagram and TikTok. Set to a gentle lullaby, Kobe wasn’t the only one in need of some self-care at the end of a long week.
  • Stats show importance of Eating Disorders Awareness Week: To mark Eating Disorders Awareness Week, Rogers’ pages shared resources on the important topic.

Submit photos – and now videos! – for your team to be featured on social media

You may be aware that Rogers teammates nationwide can submit photos for the chance to be featured on Rogers’ social media pages, but did you know that you can now submit videos as well? That’s right, you can now be featured on TikTok in addition to Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Here’s how to get started:

  1. Take clear, quality photos and/or videos of members of your team during an event, team building activity, volunteering in the community, or any other activity that would be interesting to members of the community and Rogers team members. If taking video, please be sure to film in a vertical format, and make sure no patients or patient-identifying materials are visible.
  2. Ask each team member in the photos or videos if they’re comfortable with those items being shared internally and externally.
  3. If everyone agrees, email the original, unedited photos and/or video files, a description, and confirmation that everyone has approved of those items being shared to photos@rogersbh.org.
