July was another exciting month for Team Rogers on social media, with an engagement rate across our platforms that averaged more than six times higher than the healthcare industry average.

For a taste of what you’ll see when you follow Rogers, we’ve compiled the top posts from the month of July:

  • Silver Lake North celebrates clinic expansion: Featuring Rogers team members and community partners enjoying the updated space, photos from the Silver Lake North clinic’s open house made up Rogers’ top posts on both Facebook and LinkedIn. Our followers were excited to hear about Rogers’ ongoing commitment to expanding access to care.
  • Fun activities nationwide: The second-highest ranking post on Rogers’ Facebook and LinkedIn featured three clinics showcasing their teams. From Philadelphia’s bowling outing to Nashville’s rainbow dress-up day for Pride Month to San Diego’s Juneteenth celebration, the post was a great opportunity to celebrate all the ways our teams come together to build relationships, have fun, and recognize important events.
  • Rumination facts hit home: on Instagram, the top post of the month featured six important things to know about rumination. The success of this post shows that Rogers’ followers are interested in learning more about common mental health symptoms.
  • We all deserve a gold medal: The top post of the month on TikTok got into the Olympic spirit, reminding viewers to celebrate little victories every day. We can’t all win a gold medal on the world’s stage, but sometimes those little daily accomplishments are just as meaningful on our mental health journey.

Submit photos and videos for Recovery Month, awareness walks, and other team activities!

As fall nears, don’t forget to share photos and videos of your team taking part in community and team-building activities for the opportunity to be featured on Rogers’ social media pages! Whether you’ve planned a Recovery Month spirit week or are getting your steps in at a local NAMI Walk, your photos and videos can help extend Rogers’ reach on social media and beyond. To share, simply:

  1. Take clear, quality photos and/or videos of members of your team during an event, team-building activity, volunteering in the community, or any other activity that would be interesting to members of the community and Rogers team members. If taking video, please be sure to film in a vertical format, and make sure no patients or patient-identifying materials are visible.
  2. Ask each team member in the photos or videos if they’re comfortable with those items being shared internally and externally.
  3. If everyone agrees, email the original, unedited photos and/or video files, a description, and confirmation that everyone has approved of those items being shared to photos@rogersbh.org.
