New Compliance and Ethics Helpline to launch June 6

Rogers will launch a new Compliance and Ethics Helpline on Monday, June 6.
Led by the System Compliance team, we are transitioning our internally managed Compliance Helpline to a more robust, third-party managed Compliance and Ethics Helpline that provides individuals with a secure, confidential way to report a potential compliance or ethics concern or ask a question.
Rogers is dedicated to a healthy culture where employees, patients, and families experience empathy, encouragement, and respect. We are committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. Similar to how the new One Rogers movement embodies a culture of connection, the new Rogers Compliance and Ethics Helpline embodies a culture of compliance, together.

More exciting new enhancements include the ability to:
- Create a report or ask a question anonymously.
- Make a report in both English and Spanish.
- Submit a report 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by telephone, web, or mobile device.
- Follow up on a report and/or provide additional information.
Your role on the Rogers team is to speak up if you know of or suspect noncompliant or unethical behavior. Our role is to listen. Rogers cannot do this without you. Whether you choose anonymity or not, let your voice be heard!
