Photos of our fellow team members dominated Rogers’ most popular January social media posts. In fact, during January alone, engagement (which includes clicks, likes, and comments) on posts featuring Team Rogers was between six and 23 times higher than the industry average depending on the social media platform. If you’re looking to get the word out about your site or team, be sure to submit photos of your team following the steps outlined below.

Rogers’ top social media posts in January included:

  • West Allis shows off new clinic: Photos from the first days at the new West Allis clinic proved popular across social media, becoming the top post on both Facebook and LinkedIn. Rogers’ followers were excited to get a behind-the-scenes look at the new space and see members of our team settling in.
  • Skokie hosts open house: After opening their new clinic location in December, the Skokie team held an open house to show the community their new space. Photos from that event – from big team photos to the stunning spread of sandwiches and charcuterie – garnered attention across our social channels from community members and providers alike.
  • Happy holidays from Oconomowoc and Nashville: Each year, teams across the country find fun ways to celebrate the holidays and come together. The Oconomowoc and Nashville teams shared photos from their celebrations, which included a game show competition for Oconomowoc and a holiday sweater day for Nashville. The post earned the top spot on Rogers’ Instagram page.
  • Tackle the winter blues: The top post on Rogers’ TikTok page for January featured tips to overcome seasonal depression, from trying new winter hobbies to eating a balanced diet.

Join the fun! Submit photos of your team to be featured on social media
Anyone who works at Rogers is encouraged to submit photos to be featured on social media and/or in the Insight newsletter. If you’re interested, simply follow three important steps:

  1. Take clear, quality photos of members of your team during an event, team building activity, volunteering in the community, or any other activity that would be interesting to members of the community and Rogers team members throughout the country.

  2. Ask each team member pictured if they’re comfortable with the photos being shared internally and externally.

  3. If everyone agrees, email the original, unedited photo files, a description of what’s pictured, and confirmation that everyone has approved of the photos being shared to photos@rogersbh.org.
