It was another exciting month on Rogers’ social media pages featuring inspiring patient stories, #TeamRogers spirit, and everything in between!

The top posts in November included:

  • Scary-good Halloween costumes: More than a dozen Rogers sites submitted photos of their teams dressed up for Halloween, earning the top spot for engagement on Facebook and LinkedIn. From the Tampa team’s spooky characters from the Saw movies to Madison’s Winnie-the-Pooh theme, each team showed their creativity.
  • Spreading kindness on social media: On Instagram, the top post of the month was on November 13, which is World Kindness Day. Rogers’ post provided celebration ideas for the day and ways to practice kindness year-round.
  • Veterans Day TikTok hits home: The top post on TikTok for November summarized key statistics on veteran mental health and provided resources for those who are struggling. It is now Rogers’ top-performing post on the platform, which launched in May.
  • Former Nashotah patient shares inspiring journey: Garnering hundreds of reactions, comments, and shares on Facebook and Instagram, Emmi’s blog on her mental health journey resonated with Rogers team members, former patients, and the community alike.

Want to see your team featured on Rogers’ social media pages? Here’s how!

Rogers team members in all departments and roles can submit photos to be considered for social media and/or the Insight newsletter. To do so, please:

  • Take clear, quality photos. Past submissions have included team building activities, dress up days, team members volunteering in the community, and other community events.
  • Ask every team member in the picture if they’re comfortable with the photos potentially being shared externally and internally.
  • If everyone approves, email the original, unedited photo files, a description of what’s pictured, and confirmation that everyone has given their approval to photos@rogersbh.org.

Don’t forget to follow Rogers on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok! For additional information on how to use social media to support Rogers, check out the social media tip sheet.
