Ken Ludwig – PSA, West Allis

“Ken is always right there when you need him. Ken is great at what he does, he really cares about the patients and their safety and the safety of everyone. I have seen Ken on numerous occasions deescalate a situation that could have went downhill quick. Ken genuinely cares about the needs of patients and their family. He has a way with people that is calming and caring. Ken is always going out of his way and coming up with different and new ideas to benefit the patients and staff and keep us all safe and in a good place. I always feel safe and confident when I know Ken is my PSA for the night.”

Ken had this to say about receiving the Inspire award:

“I am extremely honored to receive the inspire award. I would like thank CEO Pat Hammer and the rest of the RMH administrative team for selecting me. I dedicate this award to the spectacular group of dedicated professionals that I work with at Rogers West Allis, especially the PSA team that I am proud to be a member of. This award is special to me because I was recognized by my co-workers. Inpatient psych can be very stressful and challenging but it is also very rewarding to help our patients and their families through some of the most difficult times in their lives. Thank you once again”
