Referral bonus of $1,000 available, all patient-facing roles eligible

As a Rogers employee, if a candidate you recommend is hired in a patient-facing role and all requirements are met, you can receive a $1,000 bonus.
Patient-facing roles are now eligible for the referral bonus because of how important they are to providing life-saving treatment, says Candi Olivo, executive director of talent acquisition.
“All clinical positions are critical to our operations,” says Candi, adding that the previous referral program often felt too complicated for employees to stay aware of its offerings. “At times, positions of equal impact did not have an equal bonus to attract.”
To qualify for the bonus, the candidate for an eligible position must list you, a current Rogers employee, as their referral in their Workday application. Referrals won’t be recognized if the applicant has already contacted Rogers or is in the review process.
Once a referral is hired and has completed the credentialing process, half of the bonus will be paid after six months and the remainder after one year.
If the same candidate is referred by more than one employee, the referral submitted first will be eligible.
Candi says the new Workday system will also support a more automated referral bonus payout and can better track employees who benefit from the program.
“We will actually have reports to capture this and even honor our top referrers in the future,” she says.
