Rogers OCD treatment in Tampa Bay helps teen reclaim life
11/15/17 04:48:pmHandwritten notes and postcards mean a lot to the people at Rogers, especially when they’re as touching as this one is. This message comes from a teen who recently discharged from the partial hospitalization program for children and adolescent with OCD at Rogers–Tampa Bay.
The individual writes, “Before coming to Rogers, my OCD was debilitating. I could eat, sleep shower, stay in classes, go without a beanie or a blanket. I was having at least two panic attacks a day, everything was a trigger. Now, my OCD, depression and emetophobia [are] under control! I can shower, eat two meals a day, go to school, and enjoy things again!
“OCD took my life away, Rogers helped me get it back.”
