Employee survey has been extended to collect more feedback

All employees should have received an email from Mercer, and independent consulting firm, with the subject line “The Rogers Behavioral Health 2017 Employee Engagement Survey.” Answers are confidential and can’t be linked back to individual employees.
The survey will take 15 minutes or less for employees to complete and your manager will make sure you have time during your regular work shift to take it. The leadership at Rogers remains committed to ensuring a healthy employee culture and feedback from last year’s survey led to several changes, including improved communications through Insight, the redesigned Rogers Connect intranet, and more.
