Patient thanks Herrington team for helping her find recovery

She describes feeling scared, angry, and alone during her arrival, but the care team at Rogers worked to make her feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for.
“The staff and treatment team at Rogers went above and beyond to help me overcome my addiction and become a better, stronger woman,” she said. “The invaluable life lessons and tools for success that I learned there will be something that I get to take with me for the rest of my life. The friendships formed at Rogers are some of the strongest bonds I have ever created with another person.”
She continued, saying that Rogers’ specialized program helped her to gain knowledge and understanding of her condition and to acquire coping skills to manage it for life.
“I am forever grateful for Rogers and the time I spent there learning how to grow as a person and help others who are struggling with addiction as well,” she said.
