Survey shows Rogers is a leader in providing paid time off benefits

03/15/23 01:00:pm

Rogers is a leader in providing paid time off benefits for our team members as compared to other healthcare providers in our primary service area, according to recent survey data.

The 2022 Southeast Wisconsin Hospital System Survey conducted by Hub International shows that:

  • 5-year chart.pngRogers provides the highest level of PTO for employees with five years of service, tied with one other competitor in our primary service area.*
  • Rogers provides the second highest level of PTO for all newly hired employees, offering 24 days of PTO and holidays as compared to one competitor that offers 25 days.
  • Many organizations present their PTO in one bucket that includes all paid time for sick, vacation, and holidays, while Rogers has separate buckets for PTO and holidays.

We are pleased the survey reinforces that Rogers provides exceptional PTO benefits for our hardworking teammates.”
