St. Paul and San Diego 1-year anniversaries

06/26/20 11:21:am

annniversary.jpgRogers clinics in St. Paul and San Diego recently observed their 1-year anniversaries. While the two clinics weren’t able to celebrate as they usually would, members of the teams took the opportunity to reflect back on the past year and the impact they’ve made by offering life-changing treatment within their communities.

San Diego

“It has been my honor to work with both our patients and such a fine set of caring and dedicated clinicians and staff. Everyone here is focused on helping people reach their full potential. I have had the privilege of working with patients and families in very difficult situations. To see the amount of progress they make in a relatively short period of time is incredibly heart-warming. There is nothing that means more to me than the installation of hope. As a team, we help our patients rise above the obstacles in their way.” – Brett Johnson, MD, child and adolescent psychiatrist

“To my Rogers San Diego team members, thank you for all you have done in the past year. Being associated with you all makes me so proud in the mental health and addiction community. Your contribution, compassion, and commitment to providing highly effective treatment are admirable. Without you all, this journey would be impossible. To many more years together, have a happy work anniversary!” – Nin Chattle, outreach representative

“The last year has been truly life changing. I am not the same person I was a year ago because of my experience with Rogers, and I am most definitely not the same clinician. It’s been crazy and I wouldn’t change a moment of it, I’m incredibly thankful for this last year with Rogers.” – Nikki Witherspoon, behavioral specialist

St. Paul

“It’s hard to believe that we are at our 1-year anniversary! The experience of starting this clinic with all of you has been a highlight of my career. I’ve greatly enjoyed watching each of you grow in your clinical skills as well as seeing how we have all come together as a team. I feel incredibly fortunate to work with all of you and am so proud of the amazing work we have done. I can’t wait to see what this next year brings as we continue to learn and grow as a team. Thank you to each of you for making this experience so special, and for all of the hard work you do to improve the lives of our patients.” – Rachel Leonard, PhD, clinical director

“Wow, I can’t believe it’s been a year since we opened. Seems like yesterday we were all anxiously awaiting our first patient. I feel like we still have that enthusiasm and energy each and every day we are working (even working remotely, which I think is a testament to how strong a team we are). Thanks for all you do but most of all, thanks for making work a fun place to be!” – Gary Gronstedt, DO, psychiatrist

“It has been such an amazing experience to be a part of the original team that opened up this clinic. I firmly believe in the treatment we provide and thoroughly enjoy the work we do. It has been such a blessing to meet all of you and work with each of you. I have learned so much from everybody here and value the relationships we have formed throughout this year. I am very excited to see how our clinic will continue to grow and expand and how we will continue to help people live their lives fully!” – Karissa Vos, behavioral specialist
