Rogers team shares strategies for staying mindful and energized04/27/20 01:54:pm
Rogers InHealth has challenged peers across the system to record a video demonstrating how they boost their energy, stay mindful, calm, or centered during the pandemic. Each week, InHealth is planning to share a few of these video entries.
Below is an entry from Brittany Hawley, behavioral specialist in Brown Deer, which shows off her daily mindfulness practice. Visit the Mindful and Energizer Moments page on Rogers Connect to see several more entries from Rogers team members.
