Rogers team shares strategies for staying mindful and energized
04/27/20 01:54:pmRogers InHealth has challenged peers across the system to record a video demonstrating how they boost their energy, stay mindful, calm, or centered during the pandemic. Each week, InHealth is planning to share a few of these video entries.
Below is an entry from Brittany Hawley, behavioral specialist in Brown Deer, which shows off her daily mindfulness practice. Visit the Mindful and Energizer Moments page on Rogers Connect to see several more entries from Rogers team members.
Those interested in submitting their own video should record from a personal device if possible, rather than a Rogers iPhone. Please follow the directions below to submit your own entry.
iPhone: Select the video you want to share. Press the Share Icon in the lower left corner. Scroll down and choose Copy iCLoud link. Paste the link in an email to InHealth@rogersbh.org.
Android: Select the video you want to share. Press the Share Icon in the lower left corner. Select the “Create Link” option. Paste the link in an email to InHealth@rogersbh.org.
YouTube: If you have a YouTube account, you can also upload to the platform as an Unlisted video. Copy the video URL and paste the link in an email to InHealth@rogersbh.org.
Rogers iPhone: Rogers phones do not have iCloud enabled. To share from these devices, select your video and press the share icon in the lower left corner. Choose to share via Teams and enter Sue Dicks as the recipient.
