System-wide, members of Team Rogers wore jeans and red to help raise awareness for cardiovascular disease, as part of the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women campaign.

People could wear jeans and a red clothing item on Friday, February 15. Donations to the AHA were also highly encouraged.

“This is the second year Rogers has participated to raise awareness for this national campaign,” says Mandy Isaacson, manager of infection control and wellness. “It is great to see the participation and I hope this continues for many years to come!”

Those who dressed in red and jeans were able to earn 50 Daymaker points by snapping a photo and submitting it through the Thrive health and wellness platform. Check out the gallery above to see some photos of people dressing for the special occasion!
