Rogers Recognition Madness spurs competition among staff in March

bball.jpgRogers Recognition Madness tipped off on March 1, 2018. Employees who were recognized in Daymaker throughout the month were eligible to win points and additional prizes. It sparked some competition and also encouraged everyone to recognize those who make a difference on a daily basis. Alexandra Maynard, a behavioral specialist from Rogers–Skokie, ended up having the most recognitions throughout March and the start of April, and was the winner of Recognition Madness.

“I’m really grateful to be surrounded by so many encouraging and supportive people,” Alexandra says. “It makes me feel so proud to be part of this amazing team!”

Below is a list of prizes that staff were able to win from receiving recognitions.  

Sweet 16 – The top 16 people throughout Rogers who were recognized between March 1 and 11 received 200 Daymaker points.

Elite 8 – The top eight that were recognized the most from March 1 – 18 earned an additional 400 points and received a microfiber cooling towel.

Final 4 – The final four people were awarded 400 Daymaker points and a mini basketball hoop.

Championship Game – The top two received 400 Daymaker points and a $25 Amazon gift card.

Cutting down the Net – The top employee with the most recognitions between March 1 and April 8 was awarded 500 Daymaker points and a $50 Amazon gift card.
