Rogers leadership responds to benefits survey07/14/23 04:30:pm
Approximately 1,000 employees responded to the Total Rewards team’s first-ever survey on Rogers’ benefits. The most requested benefits in each category were:
- Reimbursement for professional certifications
- A wellness subsidy for healthy behaviors of your choosing
- Increased paid time off for team members with more than 2 years of service
Additional paid time off in the form of general PTO, sick pay, and more wellness days was the most requested benefit. Healthcare costs came in as a strong second with concerns around deductibles and the cost for coverage. Rogers’ low-cost medical, dental, and vision coverage was the most important consideration when evaluating an offer of employment from Rogers.
Rogers leadership recently announced that we will be adding more paid time away from work starting January 2024. Watch for details, but employees at 0.9 FTE or higher will receive two additional paid 8-hour days and others will receive two additional 4-hour days a year.
The data will be used to identify areas of focus, determine a budget, and develop a plan. The Total Rewards team is working work with leadership on a strategy to address recruiting and retention.
