Rogers launches new career development tool

04/20/22 05:30:pm

universal profile_tn.gifTalent Development is encouraging all employees to complete their Universal Profile. The goal of the tool is to better support employees’ career planning and development goals, as well as aid in leadership’s Succession Planning.

Located in Rogers University (the Learning and Performance Portal) on Rogers Connect, the Universal Profile acts as your virtual resume and is your one-stop location for all your career-related information.

It gives you the ability to:

  • Identify your career preferences, including leadership goals, organizational areas of interest, and locations in which you wish to work, if applicable
  • Fully document your professional experience and education
  • Maintain an up-to-date list of certifications and licenses
  • Showcase your specialized trainings, awards, and key accomplishments

If you want to build even more visibility, you may complete your “Skills” profile. It’s a quick and easy way for you to list current skills and those you plan to develop. This helps leaders identify you for open positions that would be a good fit.

For instructions on completing your Universal Profile, please refer to the standard work or watch an instructional video.

Please contact Stephen.Fletcher@rogersbh.org with any questions.
