Rogers recognized Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day last month by inviting all employees to celebrate his life, legacy, and dream. The BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) ERG (employee resource group) offered ways for staff across the country to get involved by distributing a Dr. MLK Jr. 2022 Guide.

Seen above is Karen Nelson, director of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, with her family at a Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive street renaming ceremony in downtown Milwaukee.

Meanwhile, Derrick Jordan, vice president of operations, Brown Deer, attended the City of Milwaukee’s 176th birthday party, where he met Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers. Rogers was a sponsor of the annual birthday party, which was held by the Milwaukee Press Club on January 27.

Additionally, sites, like Hinsdale, Silver Lake, Minneapolis, and St. Paul seen above, celebrated Valentine’s Day with festive decorations to spread the love with employees and patients. Pictured are therapist Katrina Radi and clinic assistant Ann Besting from Silver Lake.

Appleton also gave popcorn gifts to patients, which were assembled by clinic assistant Jody Knauer.
