Residential counselor position revised to residential care specialist

In addition to the new title, the official job description has been updated to better reflect the work that is being done by this role. Both changes go into effect on March 10.
Team members currently in the role were contacted in mid-February by Human Resources alerting them to the changes and requesting that a new job acknowledgement form be signed and returned HR Support no later than March 10.
