flu.jpgThis year’s Health and Wellness Fairs will be providing free influenza vaccines, biometric screenings, and open enrollment assistance in late October and early November.

Health and Wellness Fair schedule:

Brown Deer – October 29 and 30 @ 7 am to 4 pm
West Allis – October 31 and November 1 @ 7 am to 4 pm
Oconomowoc – November 4 through 8 @ 7 am to 4 pm
Regional locations – Virtual fair October 29 through November 8

Flu shots are required for all Rogers employees by November 15, unless an exemption request was approved by Employee Health. New Rogers badges will also be given out at this time.

Those interested in receiving a free biometric screening can sign up online at onecommunity.com. Those at regional locations must register by October 20 to receive a mail-order kit. All who complete the screening will be entered to win prizes.

Those with questions on the upcoming fairs can contact Employee_Health@rogersbh.org or visit Rogers Connect.

New badges, open enrollment, and background information disclosure forms

Please bring Rogers badges with the old branding to your Health and Wellness Fair. New badges will be distributed at the fairs and they will collect the old badges at this time. Additionally, new lanyards will be given out as well.

Open enrollment for benefits is taking place from October 28 to November 10. Assistance for enrollment will be provided at each onsite Health and Wellness Fair. Even if not making changes, you must visit the enrollment site to enroll or waive benefits for 2020.

All Wisconsin employees will be required to complete a new background information disclosure form at the fairs.
