Reminder: annual training and flu shots deadlines approaches10/28/20 10:28:am
Rogers team members will need to receive a flu vaccine by November 15.
Employee Health recommends getting the flu vaccine earlier if possible, preferably by the end of October. See Rogers Connect and emails from Employee Health for up to date information regarding flu shot availability. If you obtain a flu shot from an outside source rather than onsite at Rogers, the Rogers insurance plans and most other plans will cover the cost.
Those who have received the vaccine can submit documentation – with name, date of birth, vaccine provided, and date vaccine provided – to Employee_Health@rogersbh.org.
All assigned annual training courses must be completed by December 31, 2020 through the Rogers Learning and Performance Portal.
For many, requirements have been decreased from 15 to 8 total courses. Employees can also now earn RRCE credits by completing elective courses in the Portal, such as the Brownbag series talks.
Those with questions can contact Talent Development at TD_Support@rogersbh.org.
