Prepare for the dependent eligibility audit on Rogers’ benefits plans starting February 1

If you have dependents (spouse, domestic partner, and/or children) on Rogers’ benefit plans, you will be required to answer some questions and provide documentation via a secure website to confirm that those dependents meet plan eligibility rules.

Ineligible dependents on Rogers’ plans result in higher costs and potentially drives up premiums for all employees. Thank you for your help in managing costs for your benefits!

  • January 23: Announcement letter mailed to your home
  • February 1: Website opens to submit your documentation supporting your dependents’ eligibility

            You will receive multiple reminders during this window to submit your documentation.

  • March 17: Website closes; audit is complete
