Phase 1 of the Dynamics 365 implementation begins March 9

netlearning.jpgWe are now ready to move forward with Phase 1 of the Dynamics 365 (D365) launch, which replaces our current AX system for Payroll, Human Resources, Finance and Purchasing. This platform allows HR to manage confidential employee data and transactions, and Finance, Payroll, and Purchasing to manage budgets, purchase requests, employee reimbursements, etc. See a list of advantages below under About D365.

There will be minimal impact on employees and leaders, except that there will be a temporary freeze on the HR data entry into the current system between February 26 and March 8.

This freeze is required to ensure data from the current system is accurately passed to the new system and to allow for the required system downtime on our systems. This means leaders will need to submit change forms earlier than normal during this time.
