Users can browse the recorded sessions by clicking “View session recordings” in the upper right of the page. The intro course can be found by searching “EBSCOhost Basics”
EBSCOhost provides access to Medline Complete, CINAHL Complete, PsycINFO, PsychArticles, and Psych & Behavioral Sciences Collection. The EBSCOhost database can be accessed from this link, or from the Rogers Connect homepage under Clinical Links.
The video embedded below offers a quick tutorial on how to search the EBSCOhost databases. The tutorial uses CINAHL as an example, but searching the other sources works the same way.
RRCE credits can be earned by reading articles related to your specialty and level of care on EBSCO by following these steps:
- Search the EBSCO database
- Download an article that’s available in full text
- Present to manager or supervisor for approval
- Manager will assign and record RRCE hours as appropriate for length of article and use
