Rogers celebrates Corporate Compliance & Ethics Week 2024

In recognition of Corporate Compliance & Ethics Week, Nov. 3-Nov. 9, Rogers celebrated by raising awareness about the seven elements of an effective compliance program and how they relate to providing the best possible services for our patients.

Team members across the system received daily emails highlighting each element and were invited to take a quiz corresponding to the day’s theme. Several lucky winners won prizes.

This was our second year for our themed spirit days and prize contest. Teams could showcase their creative style and earn a chance to win a team pizza party. We loved seeing the spirit at the different Rogers locations in the pictures that were submitted!
