The Rogers Daymaker employee recognition program is focusing on a theme of “gratitude” this holiday season. Why the focus on being grateful? Conveying gratitude makes people happier—and it makes Rogers a better place to work.
Please take a moment to send co-workers a Bravo recognition through the Daymaker website. You can choose an e-card and write your own message to express your gratitude for your colleague’s efforts. It’s easy! Additionally, if you send a recognition this month, you’ll be entered in our monthly sweepstakes. However, this month we are showing our gratitude for you by awarding an extra 100 points in the monthly sweepstakes for sending and receiving recognitions through Daymaker!
