Learn how you can help recruit and earn cash

As a valued Rogers team member, you can contribute to a positive culture and even earn some cash.
The new Help Recruit button on the right side of the Rogers Connect home page gives tips on how you can use your social media to spread the word about open positions and recruitment events, including:
- Like and share hot jobs
- Write a review on Glassdoor and Indeed
- Refer a friend and earn a bonus
More than 900 people have been hired since January 1, over one-third for the mental health technician role, followed by therapists, behavior specialists, and nurses.
