Learn about the benefits of the Rogers’ Family Savings Plan

Open enrollment for the Rogers benefit plan is right around the corner. As you evaluate the Rogers plan, as well as any opportunities for other coverage, we encourage you to explore the Family Savings Plan available at Rogers.
The Family Savings Plan allows you and your family the opportunity to have 100% coverage for eligible out-of-pocket expenses* when using Network Health participating providers. If you live outside the Network Health service area, medical services may be received from in-network providers for the other plan.
If you and any member of your family have been enrolled in Rogers’ medical plan for one year and have access to medical insurance coverage with your spouse, your parents, or elsewhere, you may take advantage of the Family Savings Plan by transitioning to the other employer-sponsored plan.
Eligibility criteria:
- Must be a full-time employee (.75 to 1.0 FTE)
- Must have been on a Rogers medical plan for at least the prior 12 months (January 2022 through December 2022)
- Must be able to transfer to your spouse/domestic partner or parent’s plan

*Eligible expenses are medical plan co-payments, coinsurance, and deductibles that are required by another employer-sponsored medical plan.
