Hardy Rogers team braves rain and cold to help those with mental disorders
06/05/17 12:38:pmIt was a rainy, cool day for a walk, but about 20 Rogers employees didn’t let that stop them from coming out for the Greater Milwaukee NAMI Walk. The group took a healthy walk to support the National Alliance on Mental Illness, the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans who face mental illness.
For the fourth year, Tamara Reed, experiential therapist from the Oconomowoc campus, served as team captain. This year, walkers came from Brown Deer, Oconomowoc, and West Allis, raising more than $1,000 in donations.
