09/17/19 04:25:pm

flu.jpgHealth and Wellness Fairs are coming to each Rogers location with flu shots, biometric screenings, and assistance with benefit open enrollment. Please note that free flu shots will only be provided during the fairs listed below:

Brown Deer – October 29 and 30, 7 am to 4 pm
West Allis – October 31 and November 1, 7 am to 4 pm
Oconomowoc – November 4 through 8, 7 am to 4 pm
Regional locations – Virtual fair October 29 through November 8

Flu shots are required for all Rogers employees by November 15, unless an exemption request is approved. Requests are due by October 15 to Employee Health. See the influenza vaccination page under Employee Health and Wellness on Rogers Connect for information on exemptions.

This year’s benefits open enrollment is taking place from October 28 through November 10. Assistance for enrollment will be available at each onsite fair. Everyone who is benefit eligible must visit the enrollment site to enroll or waive benefits for 2020, even if nothing is changing.

Get your new Rogers badge and take care of other employment obligations

New Rogers badges will also be distributed at this year’s fairs and old ones will need to be turned in at this time.

Those in Wisconsin will also need to complete a new background information disclosure form, as part of the system’s required three year recheck.

Register ahead for a biometric screening

Those interested in receiving a free biometric screening can register online at onecommunity.com. The screening measures physical characteristics, such as height, weight, body mass index, blood cholesterol, and blood glucose. Pre-registration and completion of a questionnaire is required to receive results. Staff at regional locations can sign up for a mail-order kit by October 20. All those who complete the screening will be entered to win prizes.
