Atlanta team holds team outing

The care team for our new Atlanta location held a team building meet-and-greet at a local restaurant ahead of their opening.

Atlanta’s director of operations, Derrick Ellis, had this to say, “The future of Rogers’ Atlanta clinic is extremely bright in the hands of this phenomenal team of professionals. The most gratifying thing about team building is realizing immediately that our goals align in providing both access and superior care to all the patients we serve. This team will have a few more members join us soon, and we will certainly provide the community the most efficient, quality care any outpatient mental health clinic can provide!”

Pet Bowl in Silver Lake

The Silver Lake Outpatient Center care team created a guessing game by assembling more than 30 photos of their pets with names and short bios. Top guessers for the contest received personalized trophies, mugs, and a magnetic photo of their pets—or nephews in one person’s case!

Residential Care Specialist Appreciation Week 

Our work can be difficult at times and making sure we are capable of taking care of others starts by taking care of ourselves. To show gratitude and commemorate the team’s hard work, the Focus Depression Recovery adolescent residential unit celebrated Residential Care Specialist Appreciation Week with daily treats including doughnuts, coffee, bagels, cookies, and muffins.

San Francisco East Bay pajama day

The San Francisco East Bay care team recently came to work in their pajamas for their February Fun Friday. Patients were also invited to take part in the fun.

Brown Deer collects donations for Kids Matter

The Rogers Reaches Out team in Brown Deer raised $425 and collected socks, hats, mittens, scarves, stuffed animals, toiletries, and more for the Kids Matter charity, which supports those involved in the child welfare system in Milwaukee County.
